Please note we cannot control postal delivery times or delays, and are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
We ship to the mailing address provided at checkout, also listed on your order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong, or incorrect address will be reshipped at the buyers expense. Please double check that your address is correct to avoid any issues.

USPS FIRST-CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL | Delivery times for orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International will vary by country, but on average should arrive within 10-28 business days. Although the most cost efficient international shipping method, it does not include insurance and will not have a tracking number assigned to it. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an ID number. An ID number is NOT a tracking number, but a parcel number that often shows as being at one of the two International Postal Hubs in Los Angeles, CA or Jamaica, NY, even when it’s well on its way to you. If you’d like a tracking number, please choose Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International at checkout.
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL | Packages shipped via Priority Mail International will arrive within 6-10 business days. Tracking and insurance included.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL | All international orders shipped via Priority Mail Express International will arrive within 3-5 business days. Tracking and insurance included.

All LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We strive for excellent customer service, and it is our intention to provide you with a great experience! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us so that we may assist you.
RETURNS | All returns must be initiated and approved by us in one of two ways. If you need to return an item, please login to your account, or email us. From your account, you will be able to view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Products can be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate your return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
REFUNDS | You should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days once your return is received.
INCORRECT ITEMS | If you have received an incorrect item please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you. It is customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 7 business days of receipt. All incorrect items must still be in the original package in unused condition. Buyer will not be responsible for return and/or replacement shipping costs if the buyer has received an incorrect item.
DAMAGED ITEMS | If there is an issue with the item you received please notify us within 30 days of receiving your product to arrange for your exchange. Buyer will not be responsible for return and/or replacement shipping costs if the buyer has received a defective item.
