1. Awesome product!

2. Awesome customer service!

   So, I purchased the stellar hot head using the Black Friday promotion code, but unfortunately, it didn’t apply. I sent an inquiry about being partially refunded and being a repeated customer. Erin, one of the customer reps responded quite quickly, and issued the refund! She understood my frustration and appreciated my customer loyalty (this is my 3rd thermal hot head). I really didn’t think my inquiry was going to be addressed, but Erin came through and saved the day! This is exactly why I continue to support this brand! Erin, you’re the best! I appreciate you! 3. Loved it!

   I was so excited to try my thermal hair cap! I used it right away and loved the results. My hair is in need of weekly deep conditioning and now with the thermal hair cap I can add heat to take it to the next level without being strapped to a dryer. I bought an extra one to give as a Christmas gift! I might have to invest in more for the rest of my curly haired family! Unknown on Nov 19th 2019

4. IT WORKS!!!

   I used it the same day I got it in the mail. It works exactly the way it is advertised, and all the YouTube videos say it does. I bought disposable shower caps from this same company too, because it was such a good deal. I could feel the difference in my hair after my deep conditioning treatment was finished, between using the Hot Head and just using hair dryer heat and a regular shower cap. I bought the Stellar Hot Head because my favorite color is purple. If you want the BEST results from your deep conditioner, Hot Heads caps are the way to go! Fe Fe on Oct 17th 2019

6. Great for deep conditioning!

   I bought the XL because I have long hair. It was perfect. I have a very low power microwave-only 700, so I kept it in for 1 minute increments, instead of 45 seconds. It fit well over a plastic cap and a couple of clips. It stayed warm for 25-30 minutes. I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to deep condition at home. It will save you a lot of money! 7. I love it but...

   I really really like this product.... however I wish I got the xl one because when I wear this one it's hard to fit with my clips in hair and shower cap on my head. Other than that I absolutely I adore this and more than willing to make future purchases. I especially like how I dont have to sit down somewhere fooooorrrreeeeevvvvvvvverr. Unknown on Sep 25th 2019
